When I approached the Enrolment Agency, KARVY Data Management Service, Malad (W) Mumbai-400064, for Smart Card, I was told that my fingerprint was not matching hence I have to apply for updating the same. I therefore applied for updating the same on 03/05/2016 and I was provided with an Update Request receipt No. 2017/60361/31244 at 11:24:54 a. M. I am holding My Aadhaar Card bearing No. 346699330191. I again approached the said service agent on 23/05/2016 for my Smart Card and I was told that my records are not updated. Aadhaar card number5648 9001 6967 in the name of Sanjeet Banerjee with New Delhi address. Address correction request form duly filled in with all supporting documents mailed to Colaba Mumbai office since three months. No acknowledgement and no correction made till date.

Same problem with my wife Jayasree Banerjee card number2491 2389 5637.Address correction request on prescribed form with supporting documents mailed to you in the same envelope with mine.

Kindly expedite and let us know how to track the status online.
