Bharat Gas LPG ID:10000000023568028. LPG SUBSIDY Rs. 422. 32 FOR THE MONTH OF OCTOBER 2018 NOT TRANSFERED. I AM GETTING GAS SUBSIDY WITHOUT OMMISSION UPTO AUGUST 2018. WHEN CONTACTED THE DISTIBUTOR--SINDU BHARATGAS SERVICE GOBICHETTIPALAYAM, THEY SAID THAT MYAADHAR IS NOT ACTIVE INFORMED ME TO CHECK AT ANY ONE OF AADHAR CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER. ON 17 NOV 2018 I HAVE CHECKED AND FOUND THAT MY AADHAR NUMBER IS ACTIVE. AGAIN I CONTACTED SINDHU GAS ON 18 NOV 2018 EXLAINED THE FACT. THEY ADVISED ME TO OPEN S. B account IN ANOTHER BANK AND GET AADHAR LINKED. THEN ONLY I I WILL GET SUSIDY FROM NEXT DELIVERY. HOW IS IT CORRECT. AADHAR IS LINKED AND FOUND ACTIVE IN MY PNB BANK/KALAIMAGAL KALVI NILAYAM ERODE BRANCH. PLEASE SOLVE MY PROLEM.

I had booked for LPG gas on 29/08/2017 vide booking no-66716. Although I have not received the gas yet, But I got one message that, gas has been delivered to me on 31/08/2017. Since no gas has been delivered to me how this has happen? Please book my complain and inquire in to the matter. This is not singular instance I am facing such problem. Similar situation has also happened with me earlier. My dealer is Aparajita Bharat Gas at Bhubaneswar. So let me know the inquiry results. Regards

I am Vikrant Kumar my SV No is 4056747632. I have been use your service since 2014 and now today(23 Aug 17)required a Domestic gas consumer card for the purpose of up to date my refill. The cost of that is 50/-, but OM Sai Bharat Gas charged 150/- and no gave any receipt. Kindly solve this problem that why Om Shi Bharat Gas doing like this and inform me as soon as possible. My gas subsidy was transferred to My Airtel account where I have given my bank account to transfer my gas subsidy. And regularly I am getting on my bank account only. Then why this time the gas subsidy transferred on My Airtel account ? Please do not transfer my gas subsidy on My Airtel account. Thanks.

Bharat Gas distributor of Shillong has the worst service their phone numbers are always out of service. I'm not able to get any details about the delivery. It has been more than a month since I tried contacting the distributor and this is not the first time.

We are the consumer of Bharat Gas under your distributor ASP Employees Co-operative Limited, Durgapur wish to draw your kind attention that Mr. Shanti Sadhu, illegal LPG gas distribution shop opened since a long back at Ichapur PO. Patsaora, Durgapur Sub-Division, Dist. Burdwan, West Bengal, is distribute LPG gas by pay extra Rs. 100/- from all consumer. When we attend your Distributor office at ASP Employees Co-operative Ltd, they are not providing us LPG and they answered us to collect the said LPG from Mr. Shanti Sadhu at Ichapur. Mr. Shanti Sadhu of Ichapur have any legal authority to distribute LPG gas and collect extra Rs. 100/- from each consumer. We have already visit your Distributor office several times to collect LPG, , but they refuse us to provide LPG.

This is to bring to your notice that we as customers are often a target of ill-mannered staff who literally have forgotten about the polite way of telephonic conversation. I, personally have experienced it on almost 60-70% from the staff at shillong center, and in 95% of the time the rebuke is from female staff who picks up the telephone. We are respectable citizens of this tolerant country and such behavior is not acceptable. Training and capacity building of the staff in customer care is essential.

I also submitted prescribed form for Aadhaar Gas Linkage,, but the dealer refuses to accept. There is something fishy, which needs to be investigated. My subsidy amount of Rs. 264. 71/- failed to transfered in my bank account No. 60009729968 with BANK OF MAHARASHTRA, Dr. Ambedkar Road Branch Dadar, Mumbai Vide cash memo number 352197 Due to Non operation of my saving account more than three months it was dormant at the time of fund transfer after my request bank account is regular and can operate for transaction. So, I am requesting you to resend the above referred subsidy amount into my account as soon as possible. Also i complaint it on customer care my complaint number 5201040, but still problem is not solved.
