I am Rambabu i am from Gudivada Andhrapradesh. I have bought Kelvinator Air conditioners on 20 April 2014 modelnoLS5J5-WEMRA ans SENo:110213515601400047. But this product got complaint on 1/11/2013(Gas Leak) i have called to Customer care and some one From Viyayawada Branch Mr Rafi came and he refilled the Gas not noticed that the coil is Damaged He done his job and went not IT went worst nothing is working. How you can help me ?Request to Kelvinator do not Sell the Fake and Cheep Quality products it will Impact the company name. If you are really bother about Customers Please help me. Note: when it got Repair first time i Have asked for Replacement you have misguided me and postponed my proposal this is literally cheating Rambabu (9959062940).

I am having four kelvinator split unit at my home in India and two I bought for my Daughter. I love kelvinatior because of my experience in Saudi Arabia. Now I am in big problem, I am not get any service for units. Since one week I am trying to get the mechanic from kelvinator service provider, and still they are not attending my complaint. Even I am busy with my job outside the district, i am keeping hold in my home waiting for the service. Two units they have changed the board of fan coil unit with local made board before four months and now it is not working.
I request your kindness to advice for better solution my aircon problem. I cannot even sleep for the last three days.
