I was at your BDO-SM-Lanang Branch yesterday and have to wait for 36minutes before I was able to make my business. Being a Senior Citizen(SC), is tiring to be standing while waiting for my turn. Luckily, I find an empty seat while other SCs were standing waiting for the Priority Nos flashed in a small monitor which could hardly be read by SCs. I thought we (SC) are given priority to be served, but unfortunately, out of 11 tellers only two tellers were serving the SCs. 36 minutes is so precious time for me. I hope this complain will be given your utmost consideration for the sake of Senior Citizens banking with you.

HelloMy name is Danielle Hilker and i was supposed to have money transferred into my account in Huntington Bank from Jonathan Hirsch's BDO account before Sept. 3rd. I gave him an incomplete checking account number to my account when he sent the money, so i gave him the right checking number for the transfer two days ago, and i was told, by him, that it would take five days for the transfer to cancel, and extra two days for it to arrive to my account which would be around Sept. four or 5. That is too late. Why does it take that long to cancel a transfer? It's supposed to take a day only.
