I recently bought a craftsman mower waited two weeks for delivery. Received mower on Tuesday. Haven't even used the mower. It leaks oil and has a flat tire. Called the customer number. I'm suppose wait another two weeks for exchange. You can have it back I WANT IT REMOVED FROM PROPERTY TOMORROW. You customer service leave me on hold till so I hung up Just awesome We have been craftsman mowers since 1998 in fact I still own that's more reliable than the pos you bought me I will never buy another craftsman mower again. Shame on you and your how you treat your customers.

I have a four drawer Black Standard Duty Roller Chest and a five drawer top chest that both cannot support the weight of tools in the drawers. The metal tabs in the case that support the slides bend under the weight of even 1/4" sockets. I would appreciate some sort of response to this issue as I have never seen this weakness from any Craftsman tool boxes that I have owned before. Something is wrong here.

We bough two snow blowers two years ago. The worked fine the first winter. Last year, we were out of the country and never used it. We drained the oil did everything we were supposed to. This year the blowers did not work and had it looked at. The mechanic says that the carburetor needs to be replaced and would cost us close to $200. It is a brand new machine (my daughter is not working either, which was bought at the same time) We have been buys sears products for a very long time and had no problems. Is there anyway we can get them fixed. Thanks, Prema Ramnath.
