Hi, we purchased our Dgtec TV from Big W Newcastle on 15 September 2019. We have numerous complaints about the TV, firstly when the TV is turned on it has a pixel spot, secondly to hear the TV properly the volume of the TV needs to be greater than 35 and when watching a movie we have the volume turned up to its full capacity. Furthermore the TV does not support Netflix, Stan or any other apps we have tried to set up. We purchased the TV expecting to be able to use the apps. We are extremely dissatisfied with this TV. Could you please advise me of a resolution asap?

My PVR is stuck recording on one channel. Even after I turn it off for one hour, when I turn it back on it is still recording. I cannot stop it. I have tried auto tuning and factory reset, but it will not let me do this ; it says I must stop recording first. How do I stop it doing this ? It is a Dgtec DG-HDPVR320.

Hi, I recently purchased a Sony Bravia LCD LED UHD TV. When I try and use my Dgtec HD PVR (DG-HDPVR5009)with a HDMI cord I get a picture, but no sound. I have checked the HDMI cord to see if it is working properly, which it is, and it appears that there is no audio control settings on the PVR that can be changed. The PVR works with the old TV with the same HDMI cord. Is there an incompatability problem with the PVR and new Sony TV? If so is there any software / firmware upgrades I can get to fix the problem? My Dgtec PVR Model DG-FV1TBPVR is not recording programs properly. When I set it for say a one hour recording, it only records 1-2 minutes of the first part of the program. I have reset the PVR and re scanned the PVR in total, and input all my program recordings, with no improvement.
My gdtec set top box was not getting good reception for the Melbourne Cup - one of the few things I really want a TV for. Tried to improve the reception and pushed some mysterious button that made the screen black out. Tried to get some help through Dgtec phone support, but the menu did not work and the totally unresponsive automated phone system eventually hung up on me. Too MANY ROBOTS NOT ENOUGH HUMANS. Very disappointing.
