Drive Time customer service and the averex warranty department are THE WORST I got a car from Drivetime on 7/8/16 a d today is 7/25/16 and believe it or not I still have not gotten to enjoy it. So many mechanical problems and the problems are covered under warranty just between customer relations and warranty place I'm not having success getting what I need to have a good reliable car. Please anyone reading this think twice before fooling with Drivetime Buy here pay here place will prob be better.
Ms. Nova On Phone To Drive Time Service
I called drive time customer service numbers (there are more than the one listed here), but it kept saying the office was closed. However, the recording stated office hours are 8am-6pm eastern standard time, I called from Atlanta, Ga from 8:25am-8:42am on 9/8/2015 and the recording didn't change.
Mr. Wiley Churrubbs On Phone To Drive Time Service
I purchase a 2008 Camry April 20, 15 and I have not driven my car, but three times on 4/17/15 my car started acting up ck engine like came on and the engine was acting like it was having a seizure. So it's been in the shop every since 4/20/15. It was OK for me to rent a car for 25. 99 (but who has that kind of money and my car note is due on the 1st of May. They said they would reimburse me. But why isn't that you just can not rent the car for me or extend my note day later on in May. Now what I do not understand your purchasing power on your cars. Your commercial is saying that all cars are inspected. Not so. Because I need a new motor and I do not think that's fair. I do not have a car and I got to pay a car note on the 1st. Can some one me please assist me on this important matter. Thanks.
