Hello, I just left the LA Tan in Crystal Lake Ill. I chose to do a 20 min lay down and waited 20 min for the bad to be ready. I wanted to go there so I could lay down in a quiet environment and relax on my work break. (Im a dental hygienist very close to the LA and need relaxing breaks at times) Over the weekend we had a explosion in our area, Marengo Illinois and I have not had much sleep and wanted to rest. The music was so loud and obnoxious that I left the bed after five min. I asked for a credit or refund and she refused. I would like a credit or refund please. LA Tan is where I go during my work hours if I need a break to relax the music has never been that loud every before.

I have contacted the corporate office and left two voice mails. At this point I am very disappointed that I have not even received a phone call back regarding my issue. My account expires December 22 and I was seeing if you are able to help me in any way to extend the money I have left thru March. I only tan for medical purposes and it was never disclosed to me when I signed up that it would expire in a year. If I would have know this I would have never purchased the package.
