Take away the taxi stands. It is useless. I and my family including my four month old child waited for more than THREE HOURS for a taxi while other people literally gave up waiting in line and went away. SM has better access to public transportation services than you so take that away so that you will not inconvenience anymore unexpecting people. I shall be taking my business elsewhere and will be warning everyone about your poor service from here on end.

I would like to complain the guard on duty at Main Entrance of Trinoma. Situated at the stairway before the escalator near Oki Oki restairant. Time was 12:45 to 02:00PM (I can’t remember the exact time). I let the guard check my small sling bag however, HE INTENTIONALLY TAPPED MY CELLPHONE/MOBILE PHONE. I was holding it because I don’t want my phone to be tapped or held anybody else. I was surprised he did tapped it This is the first time, I experienced such. All I know is that, customers should allow securitty guards/personnel to check bags/baggages, BUT NO TAPPING OF MOBILE PHONES. I will be waiting for your response/action. Otherwise, I will take this to Social Media.

I would like to complain MS. REN-REN QUISADO and JETHEL KOH. Happened May 23, 2017 @ Cashier 18 around 8:50PM
REASON: REFUSED TO CATER US, CASHIER IS ALREADY CLOSED. They told us that the cashier is already closed and pointed us to another Cashier. 2ND CASHIER: Pointed us again to Cashier 18, then to Cashier 22. CASHIER 22: Pointed us to Cashier 18 again. Rebutted that she is the one closing the Cashier 18 so it is not yet closed. CASHIER 18: We saw that they have catered a woman so we fall in line next to that woman disgusted. When it's already our turn, your employees told us to give exact payment An aged woman next to us even paid a PhP1K bill, but she's not treated the way they treat us. Attached is a copy of my receipt as a proof. You may check with your CCTV too for validation. I hope that you give this a preferential attention for this will create a traumatic experience to other customers as well. Thanks and God Bless.

I would like to report one of your saleslady in Ever Bilena Landmark, her name is Laarni Bandayrel (I'm not sure with the spelling), I didn't like her attitude when me and my friend were buying make-up, it seems that she and one of her co-saleslady talk behind us. She never greeted us when we started to look for make-up unlike with other customers, she smiled and greeted them. I really do not want to complain about this, but I believe that as a customer, I have the right to, and as the citizen of the Philippines protected by Customer's Rights. I also do not want this to happen to other customers who only wanted to relax, shopping for their happiness. I'm a regular customer of Landmark Trinoma and I do not want this to happen again.
