Hi PM Care. I tried to make claim thru application, but failed due to date of bills exceed 30 days. So customer service said i can forward the claim thru email (epc@pmcare.com. My) and they will process manualy as long as not exceed three months. All instructions has been followed, but yet till now no response from PM Care. Called many times this week 0380266888 and 0380267799 (press 2), no answer. Claim submitted on 9/12/19 and got a reply from PMcare on the next day, i was told to claim thru application even i said i have tried, but still failed. Email follow up sent again on 23/12/19 and 24/12/19, but yet to respond.

We would like to inform you that your application has been forwarded to the Income Tax Department (ITD) for allotment of PAN on12-03-2017; However Income Tax Department has found a PAN already assigned with the details mentioned by you in the application and they are investigating on the same. I am trying to call out your customer care hotline number for the past two days. However not reachable or else I had been be holding for more than two times and adv me to call in again as all the customer consultant was busy, call ended. I had been call for more than ten times, however still the same. Please help me to check ASAP. I had submitted three PM Care claim three weeks before and one PM Care claim two weeks before. However, there is no update for my claim and I can not find any update in the PM Care apps. Could your team help me to check on my claim status please?

I has courier my cimb bank personal claim forms to PM Care claim dept on 1/7 with ABX 8151606002. I have tried to call the claim dept continuosly for few days to enquire regarding the status, but unfortunately no one answer the phone, i am frustrated that i can check with no one and the operator officer mentioned i can only check through that dept.
