Im not sure if i should complain to you direct or to the company I purchased the pods from. I have had tassimo for a long time, but the last lot of Suchards chocolate I purchased was very poor. I had several pods leaking and sticking together which made them unusable as the product squirted everywhere. I brought the batch from Stormbrew coffee pod specialist on Amazon. Im having trouble with my tasimo machine when i put the pod in and put the machine on to make a coffee it spits out coffee everywhere (coffee grains.)and waterleaking all behind the machine. Hi there I placed an order 31/05/17 and only received it today I put in an offer code for the two free machiato glasses I didn't receive them I also had a ten pounds discount code because I registered my machine and couldn't use this as I had used the code for the glasses which was fine, but to not receive the glasses I do not think that's right if a customer places the order and meets all the requirements to receive the free item they should be sent it so basically my order was ten pounds more than it could have been and I dint get any benefits at all and best about it was I could have bought my full order in the shop down the street from were I live.

Hello, I have to complain about the Tassimo Latte Milks. Two from the same pack have exploded in my machine, I thought it had broken it, as I couldn't get the top to lift up for ages. When I did finally get it open, there was milk everywhere in the machine. Have you changed the milks lately, or is this a faulty batch, as I have heard of similar complaints lately. Hello Can you help me, I buy Tassimo Cappacino classic coffee and been using it for the last four years. Suddenly I notice that when I make my drink the coffee is very strong in fact too strong for the tablet of milk. In fact it does not look like a cappacino no frothy on top.
