Hi. I ordered and received an ankle brace that is too small, but there was no invoice or info on how to return it. Please advise.
My father was having trouble with his knee at Christmas time so on boxing day we took him to the Showcase store (in another city) and he purchased the Men's Recovery Compression Knee Sleeve for 29. 99 tax. He wore it for approx. two days and it was cutting his circulation off. My brother in law then tried it and he wore for for approx. two days and the same thing. My niece even wore it for a day and said she couldn't stand it on her leg. Needless to say I still have it in the original box, but I do not have a receipt. This knee sleeve is useless to us and has only been worn for approx. one week so I told my father that I would contact you to see if we could return it. I have heard good things about Tommie Copper, but I do not know if this knee sleeve has the wrong size on it or what is wrong with it. I know your policy is 60 days and yes we should have returned it within that time, but we thought it would work for someone else.
