I visited the Vaudreuil Store today with the intentions to purchase a fall jacket. I chose one on sale for 99. 00$. Approaching the cash I observed a sign for socks which were 50% off regular price of $24, 95 for a bundle. Reviewing the sign, it stated 50% off a 2nd article. At the cash it was stated the 50% off was only for a 2nd bundle of socks, not any other article. I asked for the manager, she came to see me and I explained that the sign was misleading and she abruptly stated it meant only socks and walked away. While she was walking away, I stated she had just lost a sale of the jacket and socks. There was no effort to accommodate myself and I felt she was abrupt and unconcerned over the loss of a $100 plus sale. I was very disappointed with this employee, s attitude and I trust Tommy Hilfiger Canada expects better from their staff.

I bought a sportswear wmns fleece from store number 706 on 03/20/2016 which was listed 50% on the shelf. When I paid for that it came 60%. I decided to buy two more, but the price came different. The girl on the counter couldn't figure out, she called the manager named Janel. Manager was very rude. Instead of helping us out she asked us to return the item we had already bought. She created a scene in front of other customers as if we had made a huge mistake by asking her about the price difference for the same item from the same shelf. I am district leader in the same industry. I know the managers are role models for their teams. I couldn't believe a manager can behave like that. We have been shopping at Tommy for last eight years. This was the worst experienced. I felt very embarrassed and was shocked at the manager's behavior. I will never go back to this store.
