My phone: 0431 543 464. Aunt Betty (ABY) Reservation ABY3184350 by VA3 and VA6575 on eight March 2020. Please refer to my complaint of yesterday. No acknowledgment so far from you. Short history: I requested ABY for re-booking of my ticket to four or five Apr 2020 for medical reasons with medical certificate. ABY first ruled out re-booking or cancellation and later offered $182 for two as refund if I opted for cancellation. $182 works out to unjustified 10% of $1817 I paid. I request Virgin help to either re-book or cancel with substantial refund after adjusting for unutilised GST, airport taxes at Sydney, LA and PHX and meals not consumed on flight, etc. No big loss by re-booking to Virgin. I request early decision by you as I need to plan my travel based on it. Thanks and regards.

My phone 0431 543 464. Further to my complaint I posted on this facility this morning, I want to add that by re-booking of my ticket to four or five April with adequate notice for medical reasons causes no loss to Virgin. Aunt Betty (AB)'s offer of $91 person ($182 for 2) just works out 10% of $1817 I paid. On the contrary cancelling ticket will cost GST of $165. 18 and no other costs and that is reclaimable. We are not using Sydney, LA and Phoenix airport facilities and not consuming meals. I am agreeable to small penalty for postponement. If cancellation is forced upon me, then I must get a fair justifiable refund after taking away GST paid by me. I look upon Virgin to do justice to me. Thanks and regards.

My phone:0431 543 464. Bought ticket 24/1/20 through Aunt Betty(AB) for travel from Sydney to Phoenix 8/3/20. Paid $1817 and AB Ref:ABY3184350. I am 80 and arthritis patient. On 15/2/20 due accidental fall I sustained severe knee injury Requested AB re-book travel for four or five Apr on medical grounds and provided medical certificate. 22/2 AB said no waiver of penalties due to medical reason and offered refund of $91 per person. These amounts are justifiable. By cancellation, we would not be utilising airport taxes and no meals. Request Virgin help with re-booking ticket to four or five Apr or refund justifiable amount.

On 3rd November 2017 I flew from Barbados (from P and O Adonia) to Gatwick at approx 19:30. During the flight I was given a normal bread roll instead of a gluten free one, and subsequently was quite ill during the flight. As compensation, the cabin steward completed a form with my details to join the Virgin flight club with a promise to add 8000 air miles. I am still waiting to hear from Virgin, and as we are using Virgin again next month, it would be encouraging to receive some communication from you regarding this issue.

My Daughter purchased a Ticket and due to medical reasons cannot fly so we needed to cancel flight or get a credit note for the Value of the Flight, I went back to Flight Centre where she booked her flight and they have passed on the Doctors Certificate as requested, , but Virgin said they would not refund or Give Credit Note. Tiger Airways gave a six month credit note for there flight, As I have been a Velocity Member for quiet a while along with my wife we find this very unsatisfactory, so as no other option we will take all our points out, cancel our membership and then contact ACCC to make a formal compliant, we use to only use Virgin for our internal Aust Flights, , but no more we will find alternative, this is a shame as we liked Virgin, but it seems a one way street, very unhappy ex customer Glen Barber Member Number 1013606736, 10053118875.
