My daughter is working in coimbatore As she could not go out to find the Aircell collection point my daughter would send me message regarding the phone bills to be paid every month As such i have paid the bills in January 2016 and February 2016 rupees 400 and 300 respectively But the pohne was barred for calls suddenly on 05 March 2016 for unsettled the dues i approached the counters they removed the bar and allowed it for a night only then on the next morning on 06 March again they have barred the phone and my daughter has to pay the bills for the both months through the net banking and got released the bar my question is what happen to the amount i paid at Pondicherry kindly communicate The phone Number is 9865453140 my last payment is 24/02/2016.

Aircel has automatically started QUIZ FACTOY, without my consent in my number through which it is daily deducting five rupees. I have tried various ways to stop this QUIZ FACTORY service and speak to Aircel customer support, but none seemed to have worked. Although Aircel is cheaper in some sense than other operators, this is a good way for them to make money by cheating their customers. I hope I will be assisted in this complaint website or else they will loose a customer.

I have been a devoted Aircel customer since the last 15 years. January 2015 once the cycle date of 25 th had passed an announcement of a ten g silver coin? Started flashing as SMS and frequent calls from your BPO's and IVRS cell. This is ridiculous and inducing a mental agony. Is this the right treatment you give for a valued customer. Depleting quality of service is becoming the order of the day. For Ex. There is still no service available inside PIMS Hospital a possible emergency could never be conveyed at all. Quite shameful. Will you ever rectify this.
