I am an Airtel DTH Customer and I am quite disappointed with the reply of your Customer care fellows. All the customer care fellows are useless and they do not respond properly nor they try to understand the problem of customers especially channels related to South (tamil / Malayalam) . The Customer care fellows appointed by Airtel neither knows about which are Malayalam channels and which are tamil channels. It is very pathetic for the people of South who are opting to south channels from Airtel. I would say, it would be better to switch over to Sun Direct instead of wasting time.
