I'd placed a port-in request on 19th of August, 2013 vide UPC VM492547 for my mobile number 9820099798, to a Sagar from FRONTLINE SALESMART P Ltd. who called me on 19th of Aug, 2013.
A guy named Zaheer from FRONTLINE SALESMART Pvt. Ltd. visited me at my residence to initiate the formalities.
