BB0416044004 complaint number 27887897 logged complaint on 05\05\2016, My working UPS taken by APC for repair (problem was without RAW/KEB power ups not powering ON) which was under repair warranty, APC has spoiled my UPS and telling not repairable, i have to purchase new one they suggest. I had paid 823=00 Rs. and got repaired by APC within repair warranty this problem araised Mr. BHARATH till now has given all false promises, not bothered to look into the matter, 1 Refund 823=00 Rs. Called the contact center on an emergency that output for APC UPS is not working and there is an electrical shock being produced when the machine is touched. Contact center asked for machine serial number and model number- mentioned that parents are at home and cannot read the serial number or model number since there is no power. Still there was no help provided, Call center simply mentioned that without serial number and model number, they cannot do anything.

I have APC UPS Model BI800T which is giving Fault alarm every now and then. Sometimes alarm stops on its own after beeping for 6/7 times and sometimes it goes off when the TEST button is pressed, but it will come back again after ten mins. This usually happens when main power fails and resumes. This is happening even when the load is less like in the night or day time when no electrical equipments are used.

Sir,

This to inform you that I purchased UPS on 16/07/2013 from jayaNagar Bangalore outlet,as the UPS was not working satisfactorily(dead)I lodged a complaint on 16/08/2013 and the complaint number is 5015204075 and nobody did'not turn up and to my surprise this complaint was closed stating that the complaint is attended. Nobody turned up to rectify and falsely it was closed.The next day I checked up to know the status of my complaint. I was told that it is attended and closed. I registered the complaint once again on 19/08/2013 and complaint number is 5027097332 and today happens to be the third day which they are supposed to attend the complaint till now nobody has made ant attempt to call or attend the complaint.

Under the circumstances I request the authorities to kindly depute their personnel to solve this problem.
