And after one week Ebay cancelled the sell order and arrange a refund to buyer. In this case seller and buyer both suffer very badly. Is their any solution ?.

I ordered an item from shopclues.com on 26th of July. Delivery date was 3rd August, but still now the item is not delivered. I keep complaining from 4th August. I do not know it will be delivered or not. But I think Aramex has not got the knowledge of delivery and this company is not good for customer. This company can spoil the image of others companies. Even I have not got any call from the delivery boy, but at Aramex website when I tracked my order it is showing that the item has been refused by the customer. My product bearing AWB 40819419143 has not been delivered as yet. This parcel was shuttling between Kolkatta and gauhati and gauhati kolkatta instead of sending the parcel to GANGTOK which is the destination for this. On tracking the latest position is shown "delivered-sign" on 4. 3. 15 at 3. 24 pm i do not know what it means, but the parcel never traveled to GANGTOK and i am still waiting for the delivery of the product. Parcel should move from Kolkatta to GANGTOK which is the final destination for final delivery. Such carelessness was not expected. Pl send the parcel to Gangtok immediately.
