I have Cell One 3G SIM No. 9435011893. In this connection it is stated that I have recently bought a mobile make "LeTv 2" where SIM slot is of nano type. On 02. 07. 2016 I had changed my existing SIM with same number 9435011893 wIth standard SIM and got it cut to nano size from BSNL/Panbazar office. But now I am not getting internet connection. I had talked over toll free number With the official and it was suggested to SMS "DEMAND 3G" to 51503 on 05. 07. 2016. I acted accordingly. But no setup was sent to me yet. Please help me in this regard.

I recently ported my mobile number 9969828188 from MTNL (Mumbai) to BSNL (Guwahati). The porting of number Has been Successfully undertaken at your end. However, the number Still reflects as in roaming. The range icon shows "R" when both the SIM are seleted in dual SIM settings. The same doen't happen when i disable the SIM two where i have inserted Vodafone SIM. In SIM one slot i have inserted BSNL 3G SIM. I wanted to keep both the nos. Operational at all times. But the same is not happening which is a concern for me. My query is once the number Is ported from one state to another, it shall be a local number At new teleccom area. Please try to recctify the issue if something could be done from your side. Anything lacunae from my side shall be addressedto me at the earliest.
