Hi this is mohan. Taken broadband connection a week before, but the line is dead / not getting even 2G network to access internet. The regional / local / nearest BSNL office is located at Bhatapara, Chhatisgarh. The number That is being given to me also not working so as to enable to log / register a complaint. The dilemma is not even online complaint is getting registered on the same. Please resolve and review the network connectivity periodically to maintain /keep the interest of the people on the broadband connection.
