Inspite of repeated phone calls for the past one and half year our land line number 2324819 is not working properly. It remains dead most of the time and when working always produces an irritative noise while talking due to which it is not possible to listen to what the person at the other end is talking. Broad band connection has been installed from july onwards, but since the land line is not in proper condition broadband result is very poor. We are paying more than a 1000 rupees. As land line phone bill without and result. Hence disconnect our connection.

We are registered our LL complaint on 11 Aug 2015 complaint number 1025963803. Up to till date or till time your representative not attended the same complaint. Our LL not working from last three day we don’t know what is exactly problem, but in between our phone worked for half an hour or one hour. We suggested last time to your BSNL representative please change our phone connection wire in that having four to five joint, till connection wire also not changed. Sir / Madam please do the needful and solve our problem permanently. BSNL provided very nice plans to LL, but we will not utilized those all because of this problems. I had take new connection this month on 1St April and today my bill is arrived trough message is about Rs. 2128/-But my Internet plan is only of Rs. 899/- of combo plan. and my Rs. 500/- is to pay for deposit of connection. So my whole calculation is to be within rupees 1500/- with service tax. Then why my bill is more than my plan. I want proof of services that acts on me.

I am using your broadband services from last six months. My telephone number is 0217-2607787. I would like to bring to your notice the following points about your broad band service.
One is that Not once in the last six months, i have received continuous and uninterrupted services. Second is that your service engineers have visited and have been giving lip service to my complaints, informing me that the modem i am using is defective. Even when your service modem has given for checking i did not get uninterrupted service. This i did bring to his notice.
Please check urgently otherwise will be forced to take legal action for faulty services.
