I am Alok Kumar Nandy of Kharagpur, have paid rupees 47.00 for BSNL to BSNL LL, mobile anywhere and anytime of the day call charge of rupees 0.20 per minute for one month, but when I my home LL (03222-278556) in Kharagpur the charge is rupees 0.40 per min, my sister (from Asansol) her BSNL mobile it is rupees 0.40/min and Bilaspur Chhattisgarh BSNL LL no the charge is rupees 0.70/ min.
I have lodged my complaint with BSNL Kharagpur CC a number of times It is of no avail.
Kindly help in this removing this anomaly.
