I purchased a Black Max elect press washer at sams club in November of 2015. Model BM801700. The trigger handle is leaking just forward of the trigger at the tube connection. I called and was told the internal parts of the trigger handle was not covered under warranty. Most likely a seal and to go to home depotand buy a seal. She could not offer a kit or part, only to take it to a autherized service center. I called five and each had the same response - WE DO NOT SERVICE ELECTRIC PRESSURE WASHERS. All illustrated parts catalogs do not break down the trigger handle to offer any parts available other than the trigger assy. Two trips to Homest Depot and they do not have the correct size O-ring. I plan to visit Sams Club next week and demand a full refund or replacement press washer due to Black Max's refusal to honor their stated warranty. Shame on you for damaging your company and Sams club name for your dishonesty.

Mr. Bill Cameron On Phone To Black Max Service
I have been trying to talk to your help phone number for two days.
I have submitted a question to Black Max and received a totally ridiculous response to my question: basically my question: why does the owners manual not give instructions for draining the oil, key word is WHY. Received response they do not have instructions for that, but to tilt the unit to drain, so second question was do I have to remove the wheel to drain as tilting the machine will result in oil running all over the wheel. The answer is to tilt drain and clean up the unit How is a homeowner expected to know if their is a drain plug or tilt. Why does this complaint only allow 1000 when the counter allows 3000.
