Sir, I was having BSNL landline number 286317 based at Puttaparthy with broadbandfacility. On 06. 01. 2016 i applied for disconnection of the abovesaid phone since my presence is not continuous for the last one year. The puttaparthi BSNL authoroties gave me the receipt promptly after deducting the amountbdue of rupees. 360/- vide receipt number 9024892977. Accordingly I receved cheque number 81259668 dt. 12. 04. 2016 Inv. DATE. 28. 03. 2016, BSNL REF NO. 1900382955 for Rs. 1630/-. W hich was received by my sister in my absence. The validity of the cheque is for three months from the date of issue. But unfortunately the cheque could not b encashed in time. On 23 rd of this I went to BSNL puttaparthi and they expressed their inablity to solve the problem. Please guide me for further course of actions from kybside to get the money back.
