It is intimated that two weeks before I recharged BSNL SIM at avadi an amount of Rs. 429 for 03 months i. E. Including internet facilities. After two weeks also the internet connection has not been provided in my telephone No. 9499923814. All in and out going calls are going properly. But internet facilities totally dropped. I request your goodself sir to look into the mater in personally and give services to my phone number immediately. Presently, I am in Chandrapur division Maharastra. I have booked land line and Broad band connection and I paid rupees 1199/- vide Cheque 658259, SBI, and amount is deducted from my account on 19/07/2016. So for Connection has not done. I am Vijay Kumar working in HVF avadi. Earlier I was residing in type 4, 5/3, HVF estate, Avadi, Chennai-54. Now I have shifted to flat 30/2, Shresta retreat apartments, behind All India radio, SM Nagar post, neatr thuirumulaivayal. I was owning a BSNL connection with number 26375196 and also wifi. I have given application to shift my telephone to the above mentioned address on 24 the may, 2016. The authorities have promised to do at the earliest, but till date nothing is done. I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter immediately and do the needful immediately. I do not have proper network in the above area and I am unable to communicate with anoone. Dear sir, I am holding a BSNL telephone number is26376388 with broad band connection. The complaints are1. Telephone line and net connection is dis connected frequently. 2. Noise is more3. Speed is less It is presumed that the line is taken directly from an apartment, where many number of connections concentrated. Whereas, only one connection has been provided just opposite to my house. Technicians are requested to take line from the opposite house, but they are reluctant. I do not know why?If the connections is feed from the opposite house, certainly above problem could be solved or otherwise do needful to solve the above problems pl.

Balaji with address as 3rd main st Anthony Nagar thiruninravur But inspite of allotting the connection was not given for around one to two months All charges were paid No response from the officers officers told me that will take some time to give connection since they do not have cables and wires please sir i am college student.

Sir/madam We made a write complaint that BSNL broad band net service is not working and requested to cancel the internet service immediately during the month of February while paying the telephone bill(phone number 26551392). Inspite of it we got a bill amount of Rupees Seven Hundred and Sixty seven which included the net service which we have not used. My name is Ganesh. I am using BSNL landline phone for the past five years at Anna Nagar and my landline number is 04426164156. We have shifted our residence from Anna Nagar to Avadi last month and has requested to transfer the landline from Anna Nagar to Avadi at Anna Nagar telephone exchange. They informed you. So that landline will be transfered within a week. But after waiting for one week there is no progress and when we contacted Avadi telephone exchange in person, one person told me that it will take some time to transfer since they do not have cables. But after waiting for more than three weeks there is no progress and they have not transfered the landline. Is it take such a long time to transfer the landline within Chennai. Kindly settle our issue sir, thanks in advance.
