I made payment of Rs. 265 on 22 july 2018 and received conformation from the credit card company that payment had been made. However you have cut services to my cellone number without any warning creating great difficulties for me. This is not what I would expect from an institution of your status. Your site says that payments made online can be done after due date. In addition if no receipt has been generated from BSNL not to make a second payment because sometimes link to the bank has been broken. I still have the confirmation received from credit card that payment has been made. Please respond to this complaint and oblige.

My name is Ms. Pauline Premia (Mob. 9834030536 / 9730945582) and I am a Sr. Citizen and retired, residing at YamuNagar, Nigdi. On 6. 7. 17, I inadvertently sent on line through my SBI A/c (Nigdi Br. Pradhikaran) an amount of Rs. 780/- to Bsnl Cellone, which was supposed to be sent towards my Electricity bill. Please may I know if this amount can be reversed back to my account, for which I shall ever be thankful. Regards and Thanks
