Dear Sir/Madam, two years before I have purchased a BSNL SIM card. I have converted the normal SIM to micro SIM to inser in a smart phone. Now, I have lost the off cut (remaining portion of the cut SIM card). No normal phone is supporting the micro SIM card except smart phones. Sir, This is to inform you that i am consumer of Land line no 2212088. I have get four time hour Phone dead in one month. After Complain my phone Come In working Position With very Disturb Sound, But again my phone get Dead. Regarding this Problem I Complain Many time to Our Line Man Mr. Mandol and also contact our S. D. E. O Mr. N. K singh But till Now our Phone in dead position. Sir we received Rupees 3, 176. 36 bill for Month of Nov-15 without doing call only for brond band Charge. I request to Sir please look into my problem and solve it at your, or if its possible only chare me for Brond band service because without getting call facility we unable to pay rental money. Sir, i hope my problem shortly solve at your level if our problem not solve by BSNL then we are not able to continue a Consumer in Coming Month its may be also possible we surrender our phone due to unsatisfactory service.
