Sir, I need the address of Central Public Information Cell one, Varkala if nobody there Trivandrum will do to send a letter seeking certain information on some lost SMS messages sent by SBT. Also please advs me on whose name the DD for fee to be drawn. I tried to get the info by calling 1500, 1503, 0470 2660000, 2661234 etc. They while talking on phone either disconnect the phone or put me on hold by saying they do not know, they will get somebody and never got. I sent a letter addressed to Divisional Engineer, BSNL Cell one, Varkala with a DD drawn in favour of Accounts Officer, BSNL, Cell one and they returned it by saying there is no such Divisional Engineer there.
