I ordered an ipad cover on 15th August and got the wrong delivery. Which i again request for change and got the delivery on 24th or 25th August and this was the same cover. I had tried through online, but the site did not responed. I tried many times on customer care, but did not reach to any one whom i should register a complain. Today i again tried and some how got connected to customer care person. But he said that it cant be changed or replaced as the ten days policy expired. It is requested to refund my money as this product is useless for us. The order was placed online and the phone number give is 8310400060.
