Hey hi this is Jai . I applied credit card on may I got a verification call on June and a executive came to my home for address verification. However, wen chcked my application status 16061318218100S3 it was showing in-process, today when I called to HDFC CC she told me its kept on hold. I do not understand why dis people are doing like dis. Starting wen I applied dis people sud all my proof Xerox copy. Now dey are asking me to send my set copy to Chennai address which I do not knw. This is ridiculous I do not wan to keep an acoount with bank.

When i am already calling to the same number, why is it not directing me to the customer support executive. I need some clarifications regarding my credit card statement details. When we call the customer service, it takes a lot of time to get connected to the Customer Care Executive and sometimes we do not get connected as well. Hi,

I used my debit card in Country Vacations Hyderabad for membership in Country Vacation.
But at the time of joining they told me every thing free like boarding in five star hotels and no annual maintenance charges and 30 years of vacation in India.
But in the documents they provide me as three years membership and 3000 annual maintenance charges.
So finally I saw the country vacations fraud in websites and decide to raise the dispute on CV.

I paid one lakh, but 20000 rupees from my HDFC debit card.
Finally I got CV cheated me ,so please take action on this issue and pay back my money from the merchant.I spoke to merchant they are refuse to pay back my money.
