I GOT MY 5TH PAID SERVICE FROM AUTHORISED DELAER PASHANKAR AUTO NAVI PETH, PUNE AND I GOT MY VEHICLE BACK WITH ALL THE PROBLEMS WHICH NEVER EXSISTED. THEY CHARGE FOR A SPECIAL LUBRICANT WHIHC IS TO BE USED FOR SMOOTH RUNNING OF ENGINE WHICH THE MANUUAL HAS NEVER RECOMMENDED. AFTER ONE YEAR THEY TELL ME IT IS TIME TO TOP UP THE BATTERY. WE ARE OURSELVES IN BATTERY BUSSINESS AND THEY WERE NOT AWARE AND SUCH LAME THINGS THEU PROMOTE RATHER THAN GIVING HONEST SERVICING THAT YOU CAN RECOMMEDN OTRHERS TO GO FOR HONDA PRODUCTS. SEEEING THE PAST PERFORMANCE AS THIS IS THE six TH VEHICLE IN THE FAMILY. WE REPEATED AND WENT FOR ACTIVA 125 OF HONDA HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. POST SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE I HAVE TRIED three SERVICE CENTER OUT OF five OF PASHANKAR NOT AT ALL SATISIFIED. REGARDS,

Hi. Today morning i went to Aman honda Baner for a regular service. Was in queue for almost an hour and when the turn came. Service adviser said he will not be able to deliver the vehicle till Monday evening. Neither he was taking the appointment for tomorrow. It would have been advisable to put one board saying will not be able to deliver vehicle for three days so i would have saved my one hour standing in queue. This was highly frustrating.

I have purchased my Honda Activa form Sterlling honda Pune main branch
Following were the complaints i reported in the First Sevicing
1. Kick start issue ( bike is starting at avg 17th kick in the morning- note i am using hondas guidelines for starting)
2. button strat - Not happening in the morning at all.
3. annoying Vibration in engine at 40 to 50 Km/L speed ( Now vibration has started in front Part at 20 Km/L too)
Please Note i did 2nd servicing too...and Reported with no Rsolution of any of above issue and did re servicing too
and still I am Left with all of above issues
Please Let me Know Where can i escalate now?

And average speed of bike is 40-45kmph, but still last from 2000km my bike is giving me 42-44kmpl average. I do servicing of my bike 2000-2500km averaged, but still average is not improved yet so what i can i do ?
I purchase my bike from Aerowheels, chavan Nagar ,Pune.
