The honda activa company is engaging in fake scarcity of its activa scooter. I booked an activa scooty on o October and was promised that it would be delivered within one week. Despite several visits to the showroom wah honda and numerous phone calls, I was kept waiting till October. Thereafter, I was forced to purchase accessories worth more that from the showroom itself, Quoting it as a perrequisite for activa purchase. Moreover i was not given the insurance covernote, Any form of sales letter and no registration number despite full payment. The dealer also refused to receive payment through cheque. I was treated by the staff overthere as if i was a beggar. I plan to lodge complain with consumer court followed by traffic department, Insurance forum and press. I also plan to take up the matter with honda international about their policies and claims about their products.

Respected Sir, I had purchased a Honda Activa Motorcycle from Shri Ganpati Honda Varanasi on dated 15-07-2013 after running about 120 KM. the gear box is making some noise I went to the service center and told about the problem. They put some oil and told me that after some time the noise goes out, but the noise is still making after complaing to customer care they call me and deposited in their service center on dated 26.07.2013 and told me that we change the gear box, but they did done that they told me you came of dt. 27.072013. I bought an Honda activa het from JP Honda Lucknow thakur ganj
At the time of buying they told me that the new active het will give average of55 kmper ltrs, but it give only 35 km per ltrs this is cheating with customer and when I met their service station they did not checked it properly and said that it give wing 75 km per Lt rupees my problems is not yet solved if my problem is not been solved I will claim through consumer forum
