I have IFB frontload washing machine model ELITE DX SNo 004677. AMC upto 23. 07. 2015. Since it is not working I have lodged complaint about 27. 02. 2015. Through phone number 18604255678. my complaint no 1100132527 after giving reminder mechanic came from Trichy office on 03. 03. 2015. After inspected he said that MOTOR FAILED, it will took three or four weeks to rectify the same. AGAIN I contact by this phone number on 28. 03. 2015 at 18. 15 hours and got replied that my complaint was cancelled by Trichy office due to non availability of customer. I was shocked then I explained about mechanic's visit and ask to review. EVEN I GIVE REMINDER ON 30. 03. 2015 till time no one come to rectify it. At least respond this and please give reply at the earliest.

A small leakage at the bottom of the machine since we bought the machine due to which the drain pump also got affected ten days back. Service person took the drain pump for replacement ten days back, but not yet replaced.
