Please assist the store manager at jet Carlton center with some sort of support, here customer service skills are not up to standard, in these times we in our economy is not doing well, but she has the nerve to not want to go an extra mile for a customer, I hand no resort, but to ask HER to put me to her Regional manager who HAD to authorise a exchange which the product was still on the sales floor. My jacket was never worn the price was still attached to the garment, but she just had to act like King on me. Very disappointed in her customer service skills, I spent three hours in the Store cause she was not willing to help me until I asked to be put through to the Regional manager to. I have never paid for R25 for parking in my life just for an exchange I was shocked for days cause she acted as Ceo of the store instead of wanting to HELP. On Friday I went Jet Stores to complain about my balance which is increasing after I have paid on the 27th of June, jet staff members by the name of Londi and Ashnie game an bad attitude when I ask them to call jet customer service for me because they dropped my call, i was asking that who activated finacial services on my account because i have cancelled them on November last year when i found out they were increasing my balance. On 17. 06. 17, went to Jet Galleria Amanzimtoti to exchange shoes I bought nephew. Only in store few minutes. Stopped by security on way out and put in back room. My bags were rifled through and I was made to feel like a criminal. In front of my daughter and nephew. Asked what the problem was. Security said were checking CCTV. Some of the goods bought at Jet in Jhb were still in my bag. Security thought I stole it from Toti store. I gave my Jet card. Would expect them to see transactions in Jhb. Showed my receipts for the purchases. Nothing suspicious on camera. Told me I could go after detained about 90 minutes. Was made to feel like a criminal. Was so humiliating and degrading. Never even received apology. Been a loyal customer for more than ten years. Am appalled and saddened at way I was treated.

I am shocked at the quality of how these panties are made after only one wash they started falling apart all the stitching on the upper waist band starting coming loose leaving big holes which I had to sew. a set of two bras were purchased for me, however being the wrong size, I went to your store in Festival mall (Kempton Park) to get the correct size. Today, we attempted to change to a correct size again, however, we were told by your store (Festival mall, Kempton Park) that they were no longer acceptable because of a supposed stain.
