I purchased Karbonn Titanium S2 Plus from Reliance Retail Ltd, Nashik Road, Nashik on dt. 24th Oct 2014 as there was Diwali offer in this Mall. My phone is not working since first week of July 2015. I submitted it towards Karbonn Service Centre M/S Lotus Telecom, Koldongari, Andheri (E). They kept phone with them for 17 days just for its fault finding and lastly I have took it back as there was no proper response. Secondly I rushed towards Nice Telecom, Andheri (W) and they told me that its seal is broken it won't be repaired under warranty and suggested to buy new phone as it will be costlier to repair. I shocked with her response as it's not even been an year that I am using this phone. I am very disappointed with this product and even with the service centre. I would truly suggest not to buy any of the products of Karbonn make and avoid wastage of money, time and regrets that you bought this useless product. i have given my above model tablet to repair at service center M and M Technologies, Vijayawada due to overheating of tablet, camera problem and discharging of battery fastly. Same is accepted by service center and told me that one and half month time will be taken to repair and it will be sent to Hyderabad. After passing one and half month i asked the service center then they replied your set having mother board trouble and it will be repaired within another 15 days. After 15 days when i asked my set then they told it has repaired and it will be come within seven days. After waiting another seven days when i asked again then they told mother board is not available at Hyderabad and it shall be come from Bangalore then it will be repaired. After passing three months in this way and harassing a lot by service center they are unable to repair my tablet or unable to replace my tablet in good condition. Kindly help me.
