I submitted my form for the survival benefit against my policy number 372073127. It is taken for my daughter Merlyn Mathews. The form was submitted in the Ranny branch and my account number Given below is given for the transfer of funds. Mathews George A/C No. 0322051000020190. South Indian bank Ranny branch and the IFSC code is SIBL0000322. When i checked with the LIC branch in Ranny they told me that the fund is transferred. But when i checked with the bank they told me that no funds credited to my account. Can you please confirm whether the amount is transferred or not. If it has come back to LIC account, what is the reason it showing for the return. If it s returned what solution you suggest for resolving this matter and to get by benefits to me. I have already submitted all document's also final report from sp office is to be send at branch before one month, but they told me "i do not know, I did not receive and i am busy".
