My LG Air conditioner got complaint and serviced by LG officials from pathanamthitta. The compressor had complaint and it is in warrenty period. The service personnel told that the compressor is rectified. But after one hour it again failed and we try to contact the LG officials pathanamthitta. Now it has been 48 hours after i have purchased the product, but still the air condition has not been installed. Even after several calls to the bismi appliances and their service number thy told me that they would come and install it today itself so i have taken leave today, but still no ***** of LG have come to install the air condition. This is shameful for the company as a whole and its is a black mark on the reputation. If the company dosen't have sufficient personnal to maintain this company then it is better for the company to start selling things on the roadside.

Dear sir, This is to complain against your service center vadakara, Kozhikkode. I bought one of your front loading washing machine model F80682DP from your stockist kannamkandy Vadakara by 2011. Now it is not working and I contact the service center person through kannamkandy and he visit my house and told me that the switch board is damaged should replace. He promised me that he will do the very next day. He charged me rupees 300 for the visit. This was one month ago. Several times I contact the service center by phone the repose is same " the next day". I want to know you are not responsible or not doing the repair service after warranty period. Since this is not a major problem I cannot dispose the unit. Is this is your policy of after sale service how we buy another product.

My TV was purchased on 04/03/15 from INCS Kochi. Inspite of calling the customer care several times the authority didn't care to ring up in 24 hrs as they told. First when I called, the man in charge told that the registration has been done for the installation of my TV. The registered time was 1:06 pm and the request ID is RNA 150304046302. As there was no response, when I ringed up the next time, it was told that my first registration has been cancelled. I do not know the reason. And till now (06/03/15) no response call has come. We selected LG as we expected you would provide more concern towards the customer and I hope you would take immediate response or will you continue this registration and cancellation ???

I purchased 20"LG LED MONITOR E 2042C A1812 on 1/6/2013 from Thrissur, but that product was a damaged one. the technicians from the LG service centre declared it as problem related to the panel. They gave another product, but unfortunately the new one is also having the same defect.When I start the computer the whole monitor is looking pinkish in colour. I reported this on that same week.It is almost two months now. I even called the Area Service Manager of LG,Kozhikode.
