Hello. My family stayed at the Marriott clearwater beach from December 31 2017-jan five 2018. Our stay was not pleasant. I paid for the first night and used my points for the rest. I am now being charged for an extra night and items from a market place that I never charged. I would like to see a copy of my bill and where I authorized these charges. The hotel was dirty and poorly staffed at all times. Our room was not maid up as for some reason, hotel staff kept checking us out and apologizing every time we needed new keys. My family and the other family we travelled with will never return.

Regarding Guaranteed Confirmation 97649700, Danielle and Dennis Regan, 4-yr twins. Arrived only to find out our room had been given to someone else and the hotel was completely booked No one tried to contact us with this information. Had called week prior to reconfirm and also received an email confirmation. Your colleague tried to offer us another room at another hotel 15 minutes away, but that was unacceptable as the reason for this stay was to be closer to parents and have breakfast together before departing for our Disney Cruise. I had written to Alexina Beauperthuy, Asst Gen Mgr at the Marriott Stanton in South Beach on Apr three and as of today, I have not had any response. I find all of this totally unacceptable And no response to my email in inexcusable.
