    Car Regn No: TN09 BY 3040, I took delivery of my maruti ciaz zxi car which was affected in the Chennai floods after nearly four months from KAPICO MARUTI. Even after service, i have the following issues which have not been sorted out;-1. A/C knob not replaced, 2. Side portion of front right tyre punctured after handing over of car for service/repairs, 3. Only one key is in working condition. The other key is not activated. 4. Cabin lights/Ceiling lights not burning, 5. After service my car is giving a mileage of only six kms per litre, 6. Even the car was not properly cleaned at the time of handing over I only trusted in Brand Maruti for buying the vehicle. Kindly note that this my second vehicle from Maruti stable. No responsible answers are forthcoming in the last 3-4 months and I have been put under severe mental agony and stress because of the irresponsible behavior of the Dealer- Kapico Maruti. Also I am not sure about any unknown issues in my car as I am a layman.

    I have register my wagon are for service two weeks back. Till date the surveyor has not come to my house for assessment. Dealer khivraj is not arranging surveyors as committed. They are asking me to arrange tow facility. I am seeing other other maruti dealer and other automobile companies are arranging for surveyors and recovery van facility in my apartment to take vehicles for service. I feel very disappointed why maruti is not able to enforce some action. Am thinking why did I buy maruti and that too with khivraj. Am spending rupees. 400 daily for the last two weeks for commuting to office as conveyance.     I booked a New maruti alto k-10 VXI (O), FIRE BRICK RED COLOUR car on (27. 06. 2015) in PILLAI and SONS MOTOR COMPANY, 31-A, RAJAPPA NAGAR, M C ROAD, THANJAVUR, TAMIL NADU, PIN -613 007. I settled advance money Rs. 1000 on that day itself (27. 06. 2015). Then I paid the full payment. But your company delivered the new car on 10. 08. 2015 only. I heard AADI OFFER was announced in Tamil Nadu, by your company at that time. But didn't receive any offer from your company. Your company mentioned that what are the offers announced in the car delivered month should be provide properly to the customers. They provide the Order Booking Cum Commitment Checklist(OBC), in that they mentioned the above details and signed in that checklist. They gave the copy of that checklist to me in Customer Docket. But, still now I didn't receive any offers from your company. So, I kindly request you to take severe action for my above needs. Thanking You.
