Dear Customer Service,
This is to file a complaint against one of your collector in credit card. His name is Tuan. He is very rude and aggressive. He is shouting at me like I am his slave. He doesn't know the word respect. He is shouting like he is showing to everyone in his office that he is the God He doesn't respect my time and calling me even at night demanding me to pay, even on Friday or Saturday. Even if I told him that I will pay, as I need to go in their office to settle everything. Please, we do not want anyone treating us like this. He is very, very rude. And he is abusing me. Even if that I am delayed in my payment - I believe I still do not deserve this abusive language and shouting from him, I am still your client. I hope you will do something concerning his abusive behavior towards your clients.

I would like to ask any help, my pay protect in my credit card was activated recently, can i avail it, as i lost my job, my company closed for labour dispute and there's is case filed in dubai courts. My employment visa was already expired last November 03, 2016. Or is there any other solution because i am having hard time right now to pay my monthly dues, as i do not have job since February 2016, due to closure of our company and since then wasn't able to find a new job. I was able to pay my monthly dues previously, but now I am so helpless do not what to do. How to pay my credit card. Is there any solution with my problem you can offer to me. Please help me. I am Ajayakumar Holding Mashreq Bank Credit Card (My mobile number 055 478 9322). I was on vacation till 8th of September (Friday) and there was amount (less than 300) due to pay before 7th September which I paid AED 300 on 9th immediately after my arrival. It was really surprising I got a message next day delay penalty AED 395 charged (more than the due which I already paid). I paid it to avoid any problems. I believe there should not be any penalty in my case. I was paying in time always. Kindly requesting to refund the money back to my account. Regards,
