Hello. I have travelled from Chicago to Chennai on 12th of July 2016 for the first time with Qatar, experience is horrible to the core. I did not get the seat chosen by me with the leg room opted due to my leg injury. I was moved around almost 4-5 different seats. Was not served the Hindu meal that i opted for. The staff of qatar has taken my info and promised me that Qatar would take my complaint and come up with some benefit. Sorry to inform you that i have never received any email from the airline with any information till date. I have written an email regarding the same, but have no response as well. My travel back to Chicago is on 23rd of August and i am very worried about it. I request the Qatar airways to consider my case and UPGRADE MY CLASS or RE-ROUTE my travel back from Hyderabad instead of Chennai on the same date. MY RESERVATION CODE IS: YF6CZI.

Recently my friend was flying from US to India via Qatar Airways, but unfortunately she was not allowed to board the flight and her luggage went ahead inspite of her repeatedly telling to return her luggage. It took 5-6 days for her to receive her luggage back, but unfortunately it was found that her i-Pad was missing along with the receipt which she had purchased. Is this the kind of service offered by Qatar Airways? How can you people open someone else's baggage which to due to your negligence? is this the kind of service offered by a qatar airways for a frequent flyer from US? disgusting to see that such a big airways has robbed an i-pad which doesn't even belong the the person who has robbed it. SHAME SHAME SHAME AND SHAME TO YOUR AIRWAYS
Next time see to it that if the person is stopped from boarding the flight the baggage is immediately returned back.

My mom she is supposed to fly from Orlando to Chennai in Qatar and the orlando flight got delayed and she missed her transit flight from JFK, but i do not have any one to help me about this situation as the customer support hours are only from eight to five, do not you think you have to work 24/7 to help and inform the families about their travel. Still did not know where is she and whether she has boarded any flight has she doesn't have any phone to contact, will never advise this flight for any old people traveling in the airways. My first time with qatar airways is really bad will never fly with Qatar and will never advise any one.
