My phone reference model is Sgh-i677 imei-351844/05/002664/6. They first estimated my cost as rupees 1480.00 and battery. I refused to repair. Then they offered me to propose any amount for repair. I proposed rupees 500.00 as the phone is new one and gross fault will not happen. They accepted the amount and i again refused, because they claim for the battery. I got back my phone, paying inspection charges rupees 170.00, but after inspecting the phone by my brother, who is a mobile technician, it is found that they have taken away display and speaker of the phone.
