They are not able to give proper reply when I will receive the card. They are tracking the reference number EV 14312541057. You cannot find anywhere courier service worse than Blue Dart. This communication is in regards to the withdrawal of my provident fund amount. Sir, as per the communication last year with you I was assured that once I pay the F&F amount of Rs2495/- by the mode of DD no.537044 I would be able to withdraw the my provident fund amount. I filled the provident fund form without the provident fund Number and sent across the same, but still I not received the amount and any communication from you. My Resignation date is 13/03/07.



Request you to kindly provide me the full provident fund number for my account so that I can fill the same in the form and send back the same for employer's signature so that I can withdraw the PF.
