I was receiving very poor internet services from my Photonmax Wi-fi Data Card No. 9235250670 speeds of 20 kbps and poor signal. I made several calls to the Docomo Store at Allahabad registering my complaints, but to no avail. I personally went to the above Docomo Store and asked them to refund the deposit amount of Rs. 2500 as I wanted to surrender my Data Card and close the connection. To my utter surprise, the personnel at the Store behaved very rudely with a lady customer like me and refused to refund any sum towards surrender of the said Data Card. I said I cannot make payments in future for the services which I am unable to gainfully utilize. Since then I have been getting calls from Docomo personnel asking me to pay-up the pending bills or else face consequential legal action. Since you have failed to provide me the services of 3G Wi-fi connection and also not refund the deposit charges for the Data Card, I cannot make payment and Agreement terminated forthwith.

I have not getting TATA Docomo two g/3 g network in Allahabad. I am surprised to see this because each and every operators available except Docomo my number is 918446559744 my name is Yogesh Kulkarni. I never expected such service from leading Telecom company I have not receive Docomo signal at Sangam, high court area and station area please improve your services.
