I am using the TATA walky for more than one year, my phone number is 044-65462224 last three months back, i was changed from post -paid to pre-paid, from that day (last three months) i am getting only income calls, outgoing is not working, i had produced all proof and i paid all my dues also and i had recharge for 100 rupees, but i cant use the amount also, i had made compliant to customer care and TATA Docomo hub at g,n ,chetty road t. Nagar, but still now the problem is there, mr. Syed from t. Nagar branch nud executive is following my query, please tell me in future i want to use the TATA walky or not, and how to solve my problem.
Please take necessary action regards this matter and solve my problem as soon as possible
