Hello, myself Kamal Bharadwaj and i live in HARDOI. This mail is to inform you that one of your salesman named SAYYAD, mob: 7571956877 from KANPUR came to me and asked for porting my SIM card into Vodafone postpaid 4G. After talking about postpaid plan and its detail, i agreed to port my SIM into Vodafone postpaid, he took my id, photo and rupees. 500 as security and gave me a Vodafone SIM which was already blocked and this i came to know afterwars and due to which i was unable to verify my SIM and this lead me to very serious troubles. However i managed somehow and went to HARDOI VODAFONE CARE and I was helped there. After i went to HARDOI Vodafone care, i came to know that your FRAUD SALESMAN deposited only rupees. 250 as my security amount. I also called him several times, but he didn't pick my call many times. He has neither refunded me the amount nor he updated my security amount to rupees. 500. This is very troublesome. Plzz help me to get my remaining amount back i. E. Rs. 250.

i have filed e FIR ON 14/06/2016 For Missing of My phone alongwith SIM having number 9565858867, but you have generated second bill upto 19/06/2016 the phone used till 23 may2016 with rental plan 499/-, but you have billed with additional data plan for rupees. 150/- without my conscent for that telephonic complaint i have lodged with telephonic conversation with your executive on 17 july2016 he said his senier will confirm the same on telephone for reversal of excess billed amount alongwith service tax i have today paid rupees. 800/- vide receipt number 734316 of s. But, my without permission the company has deducted the total Rs. 70/- talktime and reason that your subscription for video store has been renewed. Whereas, I have never offered the service of 'HOTTZ bk Video pack' on 03. 08. 2016 in this regard. My father has Vodafone mobile number 9839841725. He is using it since very long. He does not know more about tit bits of mobile. Simply using for calling others. But you have activated caller tune on his mobile without his knowledge or consent. He is an old aged person and be puzzled very soon. Your this action increased his mental agony. He even do not know how to stop it. It does not happen for first time. Before it also you have activated value added service several times. So now I requested you to stop it immediately and return charges if any deduct and marked this no for future, not to activate any value added service to this no without receiving written message in this regard.

Formalities I requested agian to Miss Vaisali to complete porting process very soon as per my request, She Ported mistakenly My First No 9235275045 with Plan of Rs. 249 and another One 8960075045 with MNC Plan of Rs. 299 which is Contradictory again My request and requirement. Therefore It is requested to you kindly change the Plan as per my requirement given as above and take strict disciplinary Action on Mis Vaisaali to maintain Corporate Culture other wise I will have to Compel to file suit into Local Consumer Forum. For the SIM block, I made a F. I. R. Copy in feelkhana Police station Kanpur. I went to Vodafone mini store at mallroad branch. There, We provide a hardcopy of F. I. R. With U. I. D. Card and a photograph to MRS. Shalini chaudhry and Sanjay pandey for Sim Block. Now today I have getting a call for Vodafone head officce for pay to bill 2900 rs/-. When I went to head office then they tell me my SIM block request is not maid by mallroad branch. When I went to mallroad branch and meet to Mr. Sanjay Pandey, they give me answer about shalini chaudhary leave the job and she was not made your request. Now WE go search to Shalini chaudhary. Now what can i do for this please help me.
