Betty C. Allen - 768 Kent Rd. Nashville TN I live alone. I am 88 years old. I called Access Ride today 12/6/2017 for a doctor's appointment tomorrow morning. I am having injections shot into my eyes at the doctors in the morning so I cannot drive. The customer care representative said my certification was INACTIVE. I looked up my paperwork when I signed up and found that my certification doesnt expire till 2020 on my birthday 7/20/1929. The customer care rep transferred me to the person who takes care of the certifications. It was sent to a voice mail that stated my call would be addressed in three days So before she transferred the call she said the person who I would talk to is in the office at her desk right now. No one called me back. Now I have to find someone who can take me to the doctors tomorrow. What is going on? Why wasnt my call taken care of properly? I am NOT expired so why wasnt this taken care of today?.
