Ms. Cynthia D. Holloway On Phone To Advocate Health Care Corporate Office Service
I recently received an electronic message from Advocate Health Care Corporation. In the electronic message requesting that I act as an assistant and driver for one of your individuals. This individual is going to conduct an evaluation of the local Waterloo, Iowa hospitals and drug markets. The evaluations are to begin March 25, 2018. I will receive a certified business check for one-thousand dollars the week I am to begin driving. I am to deduct my allotment and then send the remaining money to the travel agent and the realtor for travel and apartment costs. Is this the normal procedure for Advocate Health Care Corporation when evaluating other entities as hospitals and drug markets?
Thank you for your time and consideration in answering my inquiry. Cynthia D. Holloway .

I had an appointment at the Advocate clinic in the Walgreen's store in Elk Grove Village, IL. When I made the appointment, I told the person over the phone that it was for a tetanus shot. When I showed up for the appointment, the woman there told me she could not give me the shot, because she did not have the vaccine in stock. Why didn't they tell me that they did not have it before they wasted my time and traveled to the clinic? I asked the person at the Walgreen's prescription counter if they had the vaccine in stock, and she said that they did have it. I asked her why the woman in the clinic said she didn't have it, and the pharmacy woman said "we do not have anything to do with the Advocate clinic. ".

My terminally-ill niece was a patience at Advocate Trinity in Chicago on November 27, 2017 and she was transferred to the University of Illinois Hospital without our prior knowledge. During the transfer her phone (an iPhone 6S) was lost/stolen and when we contacted the ICU manager and the patient advocate they told us to submit a bill. But when we did send the bill they informed us that they would not pay unless we could show the market value of said phone. It was hard enough to get the phone company to release information to us; and, on top of all of that, my niece passed away on December one, 2017. In the aftermath of her death, it has taken me some time to find this option of contacting someone other than the staff at Trinity. We want to be made whole on the phone and I hope someone will contact me regarding how to make that happen. My phone number is 719. 338. 5076. Thank you.
