I called the number to Eppicard to inform them I got a new phone number and I'm not getting notification on when my deposits is made to my account, Well now I'm overdrafted because of checking my card this is just not right. It's bad enough when you not hardly getting childsupport then these guys want to take the little bit that you are getting. This is a sad situation when they can just put in in your checking account and not have these crazy fees.

They have horrible customer service. Very rude and did not help me at all. I used an ATM and my money did not dispense, but the cardholder services took the money off. Now I am having trouble getting my funds back. I would like to speak to someone of higher authority.

I have been trying to contact customer service there is no way to speak to a live person from that number it is so upsetting that you have to go threw so much just to make a change to this card I also log into my account to set up text alerts ithe web site want even let me do that either I live in alabama.
